Who We Are

I founded Supportify in Berlin in 2016 and have since built a strong foundation. This includes a reliable development team, international connections, long term client relationships, and deep experience delivering digital projects. I want to use this foundation to build a network that empowers people and helps companies solve problems through small, flexible teams.

My mission is to build an organization that attracts exceptional talent and deploys them as micro teams on short notice. These are people who are technically strong, take responsibility, and build influence within their communities. I want to create an organization that is open, inspiring, and human.

Our Vision

My vision is to help fight extreme poverty by giving talented people real opportunities to contribute to meaningful solutions, no matter where they live. At the same time, I want to create a stable financial foundation for myself, our team, and our partners.

I want to build an organization that deploys self sustaining talent teams in a way that makes economic sense for everyone and enables us to develop our own projects and grow internationally. Fighting extreme poverty is the deeper purpose, and it should create real value for everyone involved. Our talent pool should also help us bring our own ideas to life more quickly.

The Core Team

I want to build a small core team of around ten people who truly shape the company. My brother, who is also a developer, would lead the engineering team and focus on tech talent. I am versatile, but my main focus will be business development and partnerships. We already have around ten developers who form our initial talent pool.

Companies purchase hourly packages, and a small team handles the execution. Communication stays central and clear. The collaboration can be one off or monthly.

Where We Stand Today

We have around ten years of experience in this field and have already worked with various clients, mostly without a public presence or active marketing. Much of our work has happened quietly, through trust and direct relationships.

But the world is changing. Opportunities are disappearing, and uncertainty is growing. That is why I believe now is the time to build something that gives us stability while creating real impact.
